Yes, this item can be reconfigured to your liking. It includes 2 baby pins and comes pre-tapped with 3 holes. There is a set xxxx that must be removed before detaching the pin, all screws can be removed and tightened using SAE Allen wrenches. The plastic cap to cover an unused hole can be repositioned as well.
